Field Engineer RACW

The job holder interacts with customers to install the appliance like refrigerator, air conditioner and washing machine and diagnose problem to assess possible causes of malfunction. Once the problem and causes have been identified, the individual rectifies minor problems or replaces faulty modules for failed parts or recommends factory repairs for bigger faults. He also trains the service technicians in installation, troubleshooting and repair of the above equipment against a fault reported by the customer and some responsibility of others’ work related learning.
